The Day Before Project Countdown

Finch Studio developed a countdown project for the game "The Day Before". Once released, this countdown was shared with the broader community. The intention was that, upon reaching zero, users would be presented with an interactive game map, forums, a mod database, a wiki, among other features. However, after being banned from the game's networks, we replaced the site content with a cautionary notice about the game's monetization strategies and discontinued updates, later cancelling the domain.

The Empire Finch

During my high school and college years, I operated The Empire Finch, a building service within Minecraft that earned real money and in-game currency. While this journey has ended, the memories of our iconic builds are preserved in an archive for enthusiasts and curious minds alike.

Full Stack Developer

Over the past two years, I have grown from a support and marketing role into the platform’s sole full-stack developer, combining strong user-focused insight with deep technical execution to drive meaningful improvements across the entire system. In this role, I re-engineered both the frontend and backend architecture to significantly improve performance, reliability, and data accuracy across millions of monthly requests. I implemented advanced caching strategies, detailed logging, and data-layer optimizations to support more than 20,000 daily active users with high uptime and fast, consistent responsiveness. I also designed and deployed a complete payment infrastructure, including automated plan management, renewals, and entitlement mapping tightly integrated with user roles. In addition, I built and integrated a custom Discord bot directly with the web platform, enabling account verification, role synchronization, automated messaging, and event tracking to create a seamless and well-connected community experience.
